Mixture of Phenoxyethanol, a widely accepted cosmetic preservative, and Ethylhexylglycerin, a multifunctional ingredient that enhances the former. It provides broad spectrum protection against bacteria, yeasts and molds to a wide variety of cosmetic formulations and has no pH restrictions.
